Project Overview:
The client was looking to update an existing internal program campaign for onboarding managers who are full-time employees. This is a company-wide initiative and would need a refreshed visual toolkit to support the launch of this campaign.
Challenge:
The original program campaign was only targeting the onboarding of Developing Managers. The refresh will aim to focus onboarding for Developing Managers (managers who will lead the web development teams) and design Managers (managers who will lead the design teams) at the same time.
